Job Description: Deputy Room Leader - Isleworth, Isleworth

Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We’re looking for a Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Isleworth, located at 30A The Grove, Isleworth, TW7 4JU.

We operate internationally in India, USA, and the UK. Our UK nurseries are all rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, based in London and Windsor. We are growing rapidly, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year. Our curriculum blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe in a mix of free and structured play, engaging environments, and loving care to provide a solid foundation for early childhood development. Role Responsibilities

As Deputy Room Leader, you’ll embody our values and support our culture. You will:

  • Share ownership of your room alongside the Room Leader, creating inspiring learning experiences for children
  • Lead your team to plan and implement activities aligned with EYFS standards and Kido curriculum
  • Support educators in observing, assessing, and setting goals for children
  • Lead by example, especially in the Room Leader’s absence, maintaining high standards and a welcoming environment
  • Utilize indoor and outdoor spaces to foster curiosity and exploration
  • Assess and record children's progress, celebrating their achievements
  • Create a nurturing environment respecting each child's background, culture, and needs
Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum (details here)

  • Right to work in the UK
