We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are located in London and Windsor. We’re expanding with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! The Deputy Room Leader role offers a salary of up to £29,000 for full-time, 40 hours/week. Benefits include:

Role responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Room Leader and leading the team in delivering high-quality care and education
• Planning and implementing activities aligned with EYFS and Kido curriculum
• Observing and assessing children's progress and setting goals
• Leading by example and stepping in for the Room Leader when needed
• Creating a nurturing environment that respects each child's background and needs
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum (see https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england)
• Alignment with our core values: Listen, Learn, Lead
• Experience as an Educator, preferably as a Deputy Room Leader
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and provide criminal record disclosures as part of Safer Recruitment
