We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. All our UK nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are located in London and Windsor. The Deputy Room Leader position offers a salary up to £30,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week. Benefits include:

As a Deputy Room Leader, you’ll embody our values and support our culture. You’ll co-lead your room, ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS standards and our curriculum. Your responsibilities include observing and assessing children’s progress, planning engaging activities, and fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment. You’ll communicate effectively with parents, children, and colleagues, and support your team in delivering outstanding care and education.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the setting’s standards, leading by example, and stepping in for the Room Leader when needed. Your role involves creating stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments and celebrating each child's achievements, respecting their backgrounds and individual needs.
