We’re growing with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! At Kido, we blend Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches with a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Role responsibilities
As a Deputy Room Leader, you’ll embody our values and support our culture. You’ll work with the Room Leader to ensure excellent learning outcomes, plan engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards, and support your team in observing and assessing children’s progress. You’ll lead by example, step in during the Room Leader’s absence, and foster a nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Effective communication with parents, children, and colleagues is essential to deliver exceptional experiences.
You’ll also be involved in assessing and recording children’s progress, celebrating milestones, and respecting each child's background and needs. Your flexibility, insights, and feedback are valued as we strive for excellence in early years education.
