Do you want to make an impact on children's lives and be part of an amazing team? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Room Leader to join our class of toddlers and join in our mission to shape young minds and build a better future!

  • As a Deputy Room Leader you will promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues, in the class of 2-3 year olds
  • Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development
  • Be willing to move to different age groups as required
  • Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times
  • Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy
  • Take on Room Leader role in their absence
  • Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day
