You will help manage daily operations and support the team while bringing a passion for making a difference. Candidates must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Job description

Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life, supporting them through both high and low moments. As a Deputy Manager, you will help ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. While there will be challenges, you'll also experience rewarding moments that feel like significant victories.

Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members, ensuring a joined-up service in SEND.

By assisting in managing daily operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards, you enable young people to reclaim their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults.

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.
