Warrington Council is looking for someone willing to work 37 hours per week.

Deputy Manager

This company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager for their residential childcare setting. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to residential staff and ensure the welfare and care of each child.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising staff and leading shifts
• Ensuring placement plans are followed
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Supporting education and training for children and young people

Requirements include:

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• At least 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people
