Deputy Residential Children's Manager, Warrington

Pay rate £22.57 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work in a Residential home in Warrington.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children's Residential Deputy Manager to support our 2-bed children's home. We seek an experienced, child-focused individual with a good understanding of Ofsted Regulations to assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of one of our children's homes in Warrington, ensuring the services we provide are outstanding.

You will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with the expectation of completing sleep-in duties to support the children and young people within the service.

You will also benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday from 7pm to 11pm, and 30% enhancements on Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 11pm. We offer a comprehensive training package during your role. Our location is easily accessible from Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Merseyside.
