A prominent healthcare provider in London seeks a dedicated nurse leader to coordinate clinical services and manage clinical teams in a hybrid working role. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health regulations and delivering safe patient care, with a focus on leadership in sexual health and abortion services. The ideal candidate must hold current NMC registration and possess effective communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to support with the co-ordination of care delivery within NUPAS London (Finchley, Kilburn and Essex) clinical services. This is a hybrid role and your working week will consist of a mixture of clinic and homeworking (3 daysclinical and 1 management day).
The post holder will assist the Regional Clinical Lead to support and manage clinics to achieve group objectives and comply with corporate strategy, using the corporate framework to support the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family.

To support with the co-ordination of care delivery within clinical services.
To support with the management of the clinical team(s) in order to deliver the safe and effective care of patients.
To promote, support and deliver safe and efficient abortion and associated services in line with the Abortion Act 1967, Department of Health RSOPs, and medical guidelines across our acute day care treatment centres.
The post holder will be well acquainted with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and understand the importance of compliance.
The post holder will support in the development of clinical practices in order to meet the requirements of national and local strategies and guidance.
The post holder will be experienced in providing appropriate family planning and sexual health care and provide leadership for the development of nurse led services.
The post holder will support the development of systems, processes, and procedures.
The post holder will work closely with the Regional Clinical Lead to ensure there is a seamless patient focused service ensuring that the experience provided to the patient simultaneously meets CQC regulations, NUPAS own excellent high standards and markets the service - encouraging growth.
The post holder will support the Regional Clinical Lead by providing leadership and management, to the wider clinical team.
Work with the Regional Clinical Lead to support and develop Nurse Led Clinics, including workforce planning and educational development.

The post holder will have a duty to ensure that the principles of patient, carer and public involvement and engagement are adhered to in line with Section 11 of The Health and Social Care Act 2012 for Improving Patient Experience.

To support with the co-ordination of care delivery within NUPAS clinical services. The post holder will assist the Regional Clinical Lead to support and manage clinics to achieve group objectives and comply with corporate strategy, using the corporate framework to support the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family.
Support the Regional Clinical Lead to ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory training requirements and ensure that all clinical staff across the region comply with the requirements, managing concerns at a local level before escalating to the Regional Clinical Lead.
Provide induction, training and support to new staff and ensure that their development needs are appropriately met in line with NUPAS competency assessment training frameworks.
Undertake appraisals with identified clinical staff to identify development needs.
In conjunction with the Regional Clinical Lead, ensure learning needs have been identified through the appraisal process.
To manage own workload in line with NUPAS visions and values.
To engage in own supervision and development to ensure clinical knowledge is up to date.
