Job summary

Brunning and Price is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a busy pub in the UK. You will work with the Pub Manager to lead the team, manage busy services, plan events, welcome customers, and coach frontline staff. You will influence drinks offering and guest experience, and you will be at the heart of daily operations.

Qualifications

Experience managing a busy pub team and delivering service excellence.
Ability to plan and run events that drive sales and guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership and communication with front-of-house staff.
Knowledge of beers, gins, wines and seasonal drink trends.
Proven training and coaching abilities.
