OFG Education is seeking an inspirational Deputy Principal to lead across Syon Manor College (Isleworth) and Uxbridge campuses. You will shape strategy, ensure excellence in teaching, inclusion, and pastoral care while providing visible leadership across all sites.

The role requires substantial teaching and significant leadership experience, with travel between campuses, a competitive salary (£65,000–£72,000 per annum) and a permanent, term-time style contract starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent teaching qualification) and substantial teaching experience.
• Significant leadership experience within an education setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive practice and supporting diverse student needs.
• Experience leading whole-College improvement initiatives and driving positive change.
• Ability to analyse performance data to drive outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing staff to their full potential.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between campuses (Full UK Driving Licence).

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Principal in the overall leadership and management of the College.
• Providing strategic leadership for inclusion, attendance, engagement and student wellbeing across all campuses.
• Driving continuous improvement through self-evaluation, quality assurance and College improvement planning.
• Working with curriculum leaders to ensure teaching, learning and assessment are accessible, ambitious and effective.
• Leading, motivating and developing staff with high expectations and professional growth.
• Line managing and performance managing teaching and support staff, including appraisals.
• Supporting recruitment, induction and retention of high-quality staff.
• Ensuring policies and practices align with our values, legal responsibilities and educational priorities.
• Traveling regularly between campuses to provide leadership and support.
