Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Have the ability to write with authority and command the respect of our readers and those within the political arena
  • Represent The Sunday Times on radio, television and other media, especially our own internal stations
  • Attend politics conference
  • Deputise for the political editor on a regular basis
  • Commission and contribute to digital packages that increase engagement and support subscriber growth
  • Have a strong knowledge of social media and an ability to use it to increase our readership
  • Successfully manage a productive relationship with the editor of The Sunday Times and department heads:
