As the payroll subject matter expert, you’ll drive payroll-related projects, support strategic change initiatives and deputise for the Head of Payroll and Benefits when required. The role offers hybrid working based at the Swindon office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Payroll Manager to join our Payroll team. This is a key leadership role where you'll support the delivery of a best-in-class payroll service, ensuring compliance, accuracy and exceptional colleague experience. As the payroll subject matter expert, you'll play a leading role in payroll-related projects, support strategic change initiatives, and deputise for the Head of Payroll and Benefits when required.
