Role Overview

As a Pastoral Manager, you will lead your team in supporting young people with challenging emotional and behavioral needs, including ASD and SEMH. You will develop individual programs, work with families, and create a positive environment for growth.

• Experience working with young people with BESD or ASD
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams and young people
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
