Overview

I am currently working with an Ofsted Good secondary school based in Newham, East London. They are currently in need of a Deputy Pastoral Lead.

As a Deputy Pastoral Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our students and their families. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to improve behaviour, welfare, and attendance, collaborating with external services, and providing support during challenging situations. You will also mentor and assist fellow staff members, with opportunities for personal growth and development.
