Position: Deputy Park Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week (including weekends and evenings)

Start Date: Immediate

Our client is seeking a Deputy Park Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As the Deputy Park Manager, you will report directly to the Park Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the park, focusing on proactive and reactive maintenance.

We’re looking for someone energetic, ambitious, and reliable, with the ability to drive efficiency across all park areas, including guest experience, grounds, health and safety, and administration.

You will have a hands-on approach to maintenance and ensure that our facilities stay in tip-top condition. You will also be required to be on-call from time to time after hours.

CV must show:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the holiday park, leisure, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in budgeting, stock control, cost management, and meeting performance targets.
  • Coaching and team development skills to motivate and empower the team.
  • Hands-on maintenance experience within the leisure and hospitality sector.
  • Experience with developing compliance programmes within the leisure and hospitality sector.
Candidates must hold:
  • Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
