Deputy Overseas Visitors Manager, Band 5 - 37.5hrs per week - Cumberland Infirmary
The North Cumbria Integrated Care Overseas Team is in charge of identifying and charging overseas visitors who do not qualify for free NHS care under Department of Health regulations. An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Overseas Visitors Manager to join our small team. The team provides comprehensive, effective, and confidential support to all patients in the Trust.
The post holder will oversee all correspondence, processing, and filing for overseas visitor patient casework, as well as ensuring accurate data recording to ensure the correct charging of all overseas patient activity in this varied and interesting role.
