Your Role

You will lead, motivate and manage a diverse operational team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement. You will review and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery, building strong customer relationships to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service. As a champion of safety and compliance, you will promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations across all operations.

What you'll bring

You will have:

  • Experience in port operations or similarly complex warehouse/logistics environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skillsverbal and written
  • A collaborative mindset for customer engagement and partnership working
  • Preferably a full UK driving licence
