You’ll build strong working relationships across the organisation and play an important role in shaping patient experience, team development and service delivery.

As a Deputy Nursing Manager, your contribution will be visible. You’ll be trusted to influence team development, service improvements, clinical quality and the patient experience, allowing you to see the direct impact of your leadership across the Surgical Ward.
