Job Title: Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Location: Edgware
Salary: £50,000
37.5 hours


Purosearch are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our small, family-oriented nursing home in Edgware, which has been rated 'Good' by the CQC. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursing Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and maintain our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the staff team to ensure the delivery of excellent care in alignment with the Homes core values. Your focus will be on day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance standards are consistently met, and providing support to the Manager during their absence

Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC pin
• Experience as a Senior Nurse, Staff Nurse, or Registered Nurse in a Care Home setting is preferred but not essential
• Proven people management skills
• Highly organised and committed approach to work
• Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability for shift work including on call rota and one weekend per month.
