The Recruitment Crowd is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager for a luxury nursing home in Great Yarmouth.

Job overview:

As Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing the home to ensure high-quality care and operational efficiency. You will oversee care staff and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager.

You will train and supervise staff, assist with resident assessments, maintain care plans, and communicate effectively with residents' families and external organizations.

• Previous experience as Deputy Home Manager.

• Understanding of CQC standards.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Involvement of residents and families in care planning.

Qualifications:

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (Essential).
