  • Provide guidance and support to the toddler room staff.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in annual training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • You hold a relevant early childhood education qualification.
  • You possess proven experience working with toddlers (at least 2 years).
  • You have excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • You are a hands-on individual with a passion for childcare.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
