A newly opened and dynamic early years setting in Pembury is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its close-knit team. You'll work alongside a small management team and have the freedom to influence practice and culture from the ground up.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
  • Support with day-to-day nursery operations
  • Take charge in the absence of the Manager
  • Deliver and support engaging EYFS curriculum plans
  • Ensure regulatory and safeguarding compliance
  • Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
