Job summary

Epsom Downs Day Nursery, part of Greensand Multi Academy Trust, is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead day-to-day operations, champion children's wellbeing and support staff development. You will model outstanding care and education while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment that inspires practitioners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

• Significant experience in an early years setting.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passionate about children's wellbeing, development and safeguarding.
• Able to motivate, support and develop colleagues.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Committed to delivering outstanding care and education.
• Understands EYFS requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.
