The Ivy invites a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our family at Ivy House Nursery. You will help lead day-to-day care, support a small team and ensure warm, high-quality early years provision.

With a Level 3 qualification and EYFS knowledge, you will build strong relationships with families, oversee operations four days a week, and contribute to a nurturing environment where children thrive.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification
• EYFS knowledge
• Experience in nursery management or deputy/third in charge

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the nursery with the Nursery Manager
• Motivate and support staff to deliver high standards of care and education
• Build strong relationships with families and external partners
• Contribute to planning, quality improvement and safeguarding
