Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursery leadership position (ideally as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager).
• Experience in retaining and hiring new team members.
• Knowledge of local authority and regulatory requirements in the UK.
• Experience in managing budgets and performance metrics.
• A background in leading consistent customer service.
• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid and commitment to compliance.
• Relevant safeguarding training and willingness to update it.
• Genuine passion for education and changing lives.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Solid decision-making abilities.
