Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About you
You are a Level 3 or above qualified, Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader who is ready for the next step, or an experienced Deputy Manager or similar who thrives on leading by example and inspiring others. You love supporting and encouraging young children’s natural curiosity and excitement, and motivating your team to do the same.
You possess a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and care about learning and education standards for young children in the UK.
What you'll be doing
As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be an integral part of the nursery management team, ensuring the setting has the right staff, culture, policies, and resources to deliver high standards of childcare and early years education.
You will identify areas for improvement, whether related to learning and teaching techniques or creating stimulating experiences and environments. You will promote inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all children and staff. You will lead, motivate, and inspire educators, manage staff ratios, attract new hires, and provide ongoing development opportunities. You will also deputise for the Nursery Manager during their absence.
