Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years framework.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS standards and guidelines.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and child protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager to run the nursery day to day, ensuring smooth operations.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and collaborate with external agencies.
• Lead and coach the nursery team to deliver high standards of care and learning in line with EYFS principles.
