A warm boutique nursery in Croydon is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager. Up to £36,000 per year, 40 hours per week.

This is an experienced early years leader role, guiding the team and maintaining high standards while remaining actively involved in daily life of the nursery. You will work with the Nursery Manager to deliver the EYFS curriculum across the setting, support practitioners, and create consistently positive experiences for children and families in a home-from-home environment with

This warm boutique nursery has created a genuine home-from-home environment, where children are encouraged to feel confident, curious and independent. Outdoor learning is a big part of the nursery's approach, with its own garden, dedicated learning space and daily Forest School sessions giving children plenty of opportunities to explore nature and learn through hands-on experiences.

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to lead the team, maintain high standards and ensure the EYFS curriculum is delivered effectively across the setting. This is a hands-on leadership position, so you'll be visible throughout the nursery, supporting practitioners and helping create consistently positive experiences for children and families.
