  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • A track record of supporting or contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
  • A proactive and positive approach with a genuine love for early years

Why Join This New Nursery?

  • Beautiful, purpose-built setting designed with wellbeing and creativity in mind
  • Free enhanced DBS check
  • Company pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Supportive leadership that values your ideas, input, and growth

  • Support compliance with all statutory requirements including safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS delivery
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
  • Lead room practice when required and step into the Manager’s role in their absence
