Stratton Mills is recruiting for a passionate and caring Nursery Deputy Manager to work Full time at our clients Nursery in Chiswick London.

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to provide a safe, stimulating, educational and fun environment for children attending Crèche Play. Our client's nursery provides childcare and welfare for children of up to five years of age, so it's imperative that the facilities and surroundings provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment. High quality early learning and care which is in line with Early Years Foundation Stage requirements will be key to your role.

You'll have experience of working with children under five years of age and their families with an NVQ Level 4 Minimum in Child Development (or equivalent). Knowledge of the EYFS framework and principles plus safeguarding issues, procedures and an understanding of equality and diversity issues is vital.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for working with children.
• Senior/supervisory experience in an Early Years setting.
• Excellent Safeguarding and EYFS knowledge.
• Have experience of Early Years Business Management.
• NVQ Level 4 Childcare qualification or above.
• An effective and amicable team player.
