Simply Education is proud to be working with a well-established nursery located on the outskirts of Boston, currently seeking a confident and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled early years professional to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day running of a high-quality early years setting.

Key Details:

• Position: Deputy Nursery Manager (Permanent)

• Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire

• Hours: Full-time, on a rotating shift pattern between 7:00am and 6:00pm

• Salary: 27,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Start Date: ASAP

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years or Childcare

• Strong experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or deputy role

• Confident leadership and team management skills

• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory standards

• A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
