Job Title: Deputy Nursery Manager

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a new nursery setting in Godalming, Surrey.

We are seeking a qualified child carer with at least Level 3 qualification and leadership experience to support the Nursery Manager in opening and developing a brand new nursery.

This is a full-time role with a salary of £26,700 per annum.

In this role, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Owner to create a warm, welcoming environment for children, supporting their learning and development. You will build relationships with families and children, helping them settle into nursery life. Additionally, you will assist in engaging with prospective parents and helping them make informed childcare decisions.

You will be part of the management team, supporting the Nursery Manager and staff, and will be involved in training and inducting new team members.
