You should demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for success in order to realize the Nursery's vision of being the leading early years provider.

We are seeking a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Early Years provider. Our nursery, operated by Co-op Little Pioneers, embraces a different ethos from other nurseries. Our child-centric approach emphasizes fun, which aims to nurture a kinder and more considerate generation. Your core skills in the education and development of your key children will help us ensure that our colleagues, families, and children all rate us as outstanding.

Who are we looking for?

  • Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children
  • Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ Early Years’ experience
  • Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills
  • Be solution-focused and a problem solver

What can we offer you?

Our roles come with a fantastic set of benefits that really make a difference for you:

  • Career Growth: Progression opportunities within the nursery and society-wide. Little Pioneers’ values enable development into various roles, including nursery manager or beyond—just bring your dreams and aspirations.
  • Learning and Development: Support to develop your knowledge, skills, and behaviors through supervisions, personal development plans, learning resources, and our LEAP Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Discounts and perks: Up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, and 60% off childcare fees, saving up to £7000 annually.
  • Wellbeing: Resources and tools for financial and mental wellbeing, including wellbeing apps.
  • Doing Good Together: Up to 3 days to volunteer during working hours.

Our child-centric approach aims to nurture a kinder and more considerate generation. Your skills in child education and development will help us achieve outstanding ratings from colleagues, families, and children alike.
