We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Yew Trees Nursery, near Axbridge. You should bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep commitment to child-centred care. Working closely with the existing management team, you will adopt a whole-site leadership approach, contributing to the nursery and wider operations, including our on-site organic farm and early years catering hub. You should share our ambition to reduce environmental impact and inspire future generations through sustainable practices.
