What we are looking for in you

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Yew Trees Nursery, near Axbridge. You should bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep commitment to child-centred care. Working closely with the existing management team, you will adopt a whole-site leadership approach, contributing to the nursery and wider operations, including our on-site organic farm and early years catering hub. You should share our ambition to reduce environmental impact and inspire future generations through sustainable practices. Whether you are an experienced leader or ready to grow into the role, you will be dedicated to supporting staff, driving continuous improvement, and delivering our mission to help every young person reach their full potential.If you embody these qualities and are ready to embark on a journey of learning and enrichment, we welcome your application.
