Deputy Nursery Manager – Level 3 Early Years | Up to £33,000

Our client, a welcoming Montessori-based nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, is looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their leadership team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a calm, inspiring environment where learning and independence are at the heart of the approach. With a focus on nurturing both children and staff, this role blends hands-on involvement with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a dedicated early years professional who wants to make a real difference.

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
