The role:

  • You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
  • Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
  • To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
  • Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
  • Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

  • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse

  • A Valid NMC Pin
