Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Lancashire? Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home - the role is close to the Ormskirk area of Lancashire.

This role is to work 40 hours per week, and offers a competitive salary of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of circa £50,000. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home.

• Working full-time day shifts, 40 hours per week – mainly supernumerary but to cover on the floor when needed.
• Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
