Deputy Nurse Manager – Supernumerary
Salary: £50,000 per annum
40 hours per week | Monday–Friday


We’re recruiting a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager on behalf of luxury nursing home offering specialist nursing, dementia and palliative care in a peaceful, picturesque setting.

This is a supernumerary role, giving you protected time to focus on leading care quality, supporting staff, and ensuring regulatory excellence.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in leading a skilled care team to deliver person-centred care of the highest standard. You’ll act as a role model, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, managing clinical staff, and nurturing positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
