A prominent healthcare organization in Crewe is seeking an experienced Deputy Named Midwife for Safeguarding. This role involves supporting the Olive Team, managing a small clinical caseload, and ensuring effective triage of safeguarding referrals. Ideal candidates will have extensive midwifery experience and a passion for delivering care to vulnerable families. This position is critical for the safeguarding of children within the community.

The role of Deputy Named Midwife for Safeguarding supports the statutory duties of the Named Midwife and is the primary point of contact for professionals to raise concerns. You will work within and support the line management of the Olive Team, maintain a small clinical caseload of families, triage referrals, and develop and implement plans of care for families meeting safeguarding criteria.
