The Job:

  • Handle all meeting and event inquiries
  • Update S&C with accurate info and generate reports
  • Review business plans, identify gaps, and proactively meet targets
  • Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and ensure departmental adherence
  • Understand the local market and implement competitive strategies
  • Distribute function sheets timely with detailed content
  • Manage conference billing and brochure requests
  • Attend revenue and operations meetings with up-to-date figures
  • Handle guest complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor business highs and lows and plan accordingly
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities
  • Complete monthly sales and statistical reports
  • Manage VIPs and show rounds communication
