Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all meeting and event inquiries
  • Maintain accurate information and reports in S&C
  • Review business plans, identify gaps, and meet targets
  • Contribute to hotel selling strategies and ensure departmental adherence
  • Understand the local market and implement competitive approaches
  • Distribute function sheets timely and manage billing
  • Manage brochure requests and client information
  • Attend revenue and operations meetings with up-to-date figures
  • Handle complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan for business highs and lows
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities
  • Complete monthly sales and statistical reports
  • Manage VIPs and show rounds communication
