Key responsibilities:
- Handle all meeting and event inquiries
- Maintain accurate information in the system and produce reports
- Review business plans, identify gaps, and work proactively to meet targets
- Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and monitor market trends
- Distribute function sheets promptly and accurately
- Manage conference billing and brochure requests
- Attend weekly revenue and operations meetings
- Handle guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor business fluctuations and plan accordingly
- Identify and act on sales opportunities
- Complete monthly sales and statistical reports
- Communicate VIPs and show rounds to the team
