Key responsibilities:

  • Handle all meeting and event inquiries
  • Maintain accurate information in the system and produce reports
  • Review business plans, identify gaps, and work proactively to meet targets
  • Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and monitor market trends
  • Distribute function sheets promptly and accurately
  • Manage conference billing and brochure requests
  • Attend weekly revenue and operations meetings
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor business fluctuations and plan accordingly
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities
  • Complete monthly sales and statistical reports
  • Communicate VIPs and show rounds to the team
