As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will oversee clinical governance, compliance, and team onboarding to ensure top-quality care, health, and safety for all residents, with ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

About you

You are a motivational leader who can engage and lead the team with open communication. Achieving high standards of clinical care through auditing, analyzing trends, and directing the care team is essential.

Effective communication with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams is crucial. You should be able to implement action plans for improvements and uphold a high reputation for quality care.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills
  • Experience in health and social care settings with older people
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence with computer-based work
