Overview

The Deputy Manager - RGN role at Avery Healthcare in Kenton is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is passionate about providing exceptional care for residents. Responsibilities
  • Providing ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to and supporting the reviewing of medication and administration.
  • Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
  • Completing monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and other reports as required.
  • Attending weekly clinical meetings and monitoring clinical risk areas in the home.
About you / Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position.
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and be competent in use of IT systems.
  • Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
