Location: Gosport

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week (including alternate weekends & varied shifts)

Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year

Are you a compassionate and motivated leader looking for a rewarding role in social care? We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in a residential care home supporting 12 adults with a learning disability.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the home, supporting both residents and staff. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, providing leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of support staff
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and policies
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Working a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends
  • Being on-call as required for the home
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with adults with a learning disability in a residential setting
