Job summary

Tank And Paddle in the City of London, a Stonegate pub, is seeking a driven Deputy Manager to inspire the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will lead shifts, coach staff, ensure service standards, and help execute the venue’s vision.

You will support the General Manager, maintain consistency in procedures, foster an inclusive, welcoming environment, and drive sales during busy periods. Applicants must be 18+ due to alcohol duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teams and motivate staff
• Strong people skills and the ability to coach and develop others
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
