Job description
Overview

Working within a dynamic and fast pace team, delivering Person Centred Short Breaks. Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of Learning Disability services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and role modelling to the staff team through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24 hour period.
  • Provide leadership and managerial support to the Home Manager of the Home from Home Short Breaks Service, which supports over 30 individuals with complex needs.
  • Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
