A leading healthcare organization in Epsom is looking for a qualified individual to provide leadership and managerial support within their Learning Disability services. The role entails supervising a team, ensuring effective service delivery for individuals with complex needs, and stepping in for the manager as needed. Candidates should possess relevant clinical qualifications and have experience in a leadership role within the field.
Job summary: Working within a dynamic and fast pace team, delivering Person Centred Short Breaks. Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of Learning Disability services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs.
Provide leadership and role modelling to the staff team through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24 hour period.
Providing leadership and managerial support to the Home Manager of the Home from Home Short Breaks Service, which supports over 30 individuals with complex needs.
