Deputy Manager of Short Breaks

Working within a dynamic and fast pace team, delivering Person Centred Short Breaks. Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of Learning Disability services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs. Provide leadership and role modeling to the staff team through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24 hour period.

Providing leadership and managerial support to home manager for this home from home Short Breaks Service, who support over 30 individuals with complex needs.
