A health and social care organization is seeking a Deputy Manager of Short Breaks to support individuals with complex needs in Epsom. This role involves providing leadership and managerial support, ensuring safe and effective service operation, and deputizing for the manager when needed. Candidates should have a clinical qualification and at least two years of leadership experience within learning disabilities.

Working within a dynamic and fast pace team, delivering Person Centred Short Breaks. Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of Learning Disability services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs. Provide leadership and role modeling to the staff team through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24 hour period.
